TrailBlazer is a midsize sport-utility vehicle that was offered by Chevrolet from 2002 through the 2011 model years. The popular TrailBlazer was offered in 2WD and 4x4 versions, in regular- and extended-wheelbase models. A six-cylinder engine was standard and a 5.3L V8 was optional. A high-performance TrailBlazer SS featured a high-output V8 and available all-wheel drive. Reasons for TrailBlazer's success included its interior spaciousness, four-door convenience and traction of available four-wheel drive models.
